1 lb elbow macaroni
2 tbsp. butter/margarine
2 cups milk
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. onion powder
8 oz cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked ham
1/2 cup frozen peas
Cook the pasta until al dente.
Melt butter in pan, add flour and mix until all flour is mixed in.
Add salt and onion powder to pan.
Add milk.
Turn up heat and add cheese.
Stir until cheese melts.
Add pasta to pan.
Add ham and peas.
Mix pasta.
I usually make the entire pound for my boyfriend and I and we keep the leftovers for lunch during the week.
