Recipe Alert: Parmesan Potato Wedges

These potato wedges are beyond delicious. They make the entire house smell amazing and you'll want to make them all the time!

6 red skinned potatoes (quartered)
1/3 cup melted butter/margarine
1 clove garlic (minced)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. italian seasoning

Heat the oven to 425 degrees.
Mix the butter, garlic, parmesan cheese and italian seasoning.
Cover the quartered potatoes with the mixture and bake for 30 minutes.
